Return policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or any part of your shopping experience, please read the following carefully to understand our return policy. We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase.
Cancel the policy
We process orders very quickly to ensure the fastest delivery. We cannot make any changes after 2 hours, so please reconfirm your address, phone number, order details and other information as soon as possible after placing your order.
Once your order enters the processing queue at our distribution center, we will not be able to make any changes to the order. If you find a purchase error, please contact our customer service team immediately.
Return policy
Note: For returns not due to quality problems, we will charge a 20% handling fee.
All buyers return the original item to us within 15 business days of receipt of the item in order to receive a full refund with no restocking fee; Get a full refund of the item (unused, damaged or missing parts) along with the original receipt within 15 business days of purchase. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days after the bike is inspected by our after-sales department. Please note that unless we incorrectly deliver the item to you, all buyers will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Return unused items after 15 days
If the buyer changes his mind and returns the item in its original condition without a return period, an inventory fee/handling fee of up to 20% May be incurred. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days after the bike is inspected by our after-sales department.
Return used items within 15 days
We will not accept returns after 15 days from the date of delivery. All used items must be returned within 15 days without any damage. Electric bikes must have less than thirty (30) miles on the odometer.

Once your return is received and processed, we will respond to your email address on file and update you on the status of your return. Buyer contact Customer Service for returns We will issue a return label. We do not accept any cash on delivery. In general, you may see your refund returned to your original payment method within 7 days of the refund processing (or on your paper statement below)
Return shipping:
All return fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the returned items. If you are returning an e-bike, consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing transportation insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
Bike shop returns/exchanges are not available. Please note that each of our dealers, partner bike shops or dealers has its own return and exchange policies and procedures. We do not accept returns of items purchased from other channels/platforms/distributors/partner bike stores or dealer stores.
