However, if you have not received the bike yet, the logistics order will show that the goods have been signed for. In this case, please contact us within 3 working days. What if you received the wrong product?

If you receive a damaged or defective product, or if you notice a difference in quantity or quality between the delivered product and the specifications in the relevant order confirmation, please clearly take photos of the situation and contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving the product. We will investigate and make every reasonable effort to assist you in resolving the matter.

What if the goods are lost in transit?

If the ordered product does not arrive at the address provided (if provided correctly) or is lost in transit, we reserve the right to conduct a full investigation and search, which may take up to 15 days. In case of unforeseen circumstances
