At longsengglobal ebike, we offer up to 1 year warranty on our bikes. In general, we will cover most of the problems of the system and the defects of the plant.

Please refer to the following table for the warranty of specific parts.

Abnormal

In the event of any unauthorized modification, the warranty will automatically expire. During the service ordering process, you must notify us of any unauthorized modifications, or any repairs or replacements that longsengglobal has not performed on your products. We are not responsible for any damage to the product caused by any unauthorized modification, repair or replacement carried out by non-Longsengglobal during the repair process.

The warranty does not cover problems caused by any of the following reasons.

Any misuse of the product, such as using the bike for commercial/rental purposes, engaging in dangerous behavior, etc., riding the bike in abnormal road conditions.

Any unauthorized product modification, such as removing a bicycle without longsengglobal’s instructions, incorrectly installed, repaired or maintained by anyone other than longsengglobal.

The product has been involved in any accidents, such as traffic accidents.

Products have been exposed to extreme environments (including extreme temperature or humidity), extreme physical or electrical pressures or disturbances, power fluctuations or surges, lightning, static electricity, fire, acts of God, or other external causes.

Damage to the rust layer caused by misuse (damage to the rust layer can lead to corrosion and breakage of the part).

Normal wear of any covering components.

Consumables or normally worn parts (including but not limited to tires, inner tubes, brake pads, cables and housings, handles, chains and spokes).

Failure to follow the instructions in the electric bicycle user manual, force majeure, accidents, misuse, negligence, abuse, commercial use, alteration, modification, improper assembly, installation of parts or accessories unrelated to the electric bicycle sold, operator error, water damage, extreme riding, stunt riding or subsequent improper maintenance.

It is longsengglobal’s sole discretion to determine whether damage or defects to the e-bike or covered parts are covered by this limited warranty.

If you notice any problems with your bike under warranty, please contact us at gdlongseng@gmail.com with the following information:

Order number /ID

The email address and shipping address you used when placing your order

Pictures/short videos of the problem and a brief description of the problem

Parts and labor.

Longsengglobal may provide both parts and labor, but may instruct you to replace certain parts yourself, as described below. In most cases, we do not need you to send defective parts back to us.

Do-it-yourself

(DIY) Parts service. DIY Parts service allows you to repair your own products. If longsengglobal determines that you can use the self-service Parts service, longsengglobal will ship you replacement parts for your product. Replacement parts will be accompanied by installation instructions and any requirements for return of replacement parts. Longsengglobal reserves the right to decide whether to cover labor costs associated with DIY parts services.

For any repairs not covered by warranty

Even if your problem is not covered by the warranty, you can buy replacement parts from us. As a manufacturer, we offer competitive prices for bicycle parts. To purchase replacement parts from us, please contact us at gdlongseng@gmail.com for more information.

We do not accept bicycle returns without first emailing us. If you have any questions about our products, please contact us at gdlongseng@gmail.com. Our dedicated customer support will be happy to assist you.

Transport damage:

Damage to the warranty components during shipping is not covered by this limited warranty, but longseng will replace such damaged warranty components if you:

Notify longsengglobal within fifteen (15) days of your receipt of the e-bike that the components covered by Longsengglobal are damaged during transportation;

Provide longsengglobal with dated photographs of damaged covered components;

Before signing for shipment, note any immediately identifiable damage on the shipper’s bill of lading.

Shipping damage claims are very timely and you must check for damage as soon as you receive your e-bike.

If you choose to set up your own independent mode of transportation, such as using a freight forwarder or other similar service, longsengglobal will not replace any covered components damaged during such mode of transportation.

 

Credit card refusal:

If any e-bike purchase requires a credit card refund and you still own the e-bike, this limited warranty will lapse until the credit card refund is resolved.

Claim process:

Longsengglobal will not replace a covered component under this limited warranty without first viewing a photo or video of the damaged component.

In order to exercise your right to a warranty component replacement under this limited warranty, you must:

Send an email to gdlongseng@gmail.com and the product support team will identify a simple solution for your e-bike problem.

When the product support team determines that a warranty component needs to be replaced, they will provide you with instructions for obtaining a replacement.

After receiving the replacement parts, the after-sales service team will assist you to replace or install the new parts into your e-bike.

The associated shipping charges will be borne by you unless longsengglobal agrees to pay in writing. Replacement warranty components under this limited warranty can only be shipped to the address of the original purchaser.

The above remedies are your sole and exclusive remedies and longsengglobal‘s full liability for any breach of this limited Warranty. Longsengglobal‘s liability shall under no circumstances exceed the actual amount paid by you for EBIKE, and longsengglobal shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages or losses, whether direct or indirect.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

This limited warranty gives you certain legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, longseng disclaims any implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the warranties OF MERCHantability and fitness for a particular purpose during the term of this express limited Warranty.

Some states do not allow limits on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
